Welcome to Heinzenhof in Nova Levante, in the Heart of the Dolomites

The holiday farm in Welschnofen at Lake Carezza, located in the UNESCO World Heritage Dolomites, in sunny South Tyrol.

The Kohler family warmly welcomes you to your farm holiday at Heinzenhof in Welschnofen, at the foot of the Rosengarten. Our farm is located at an altitude of 1,200 metres, in a sunny and peaceful panoramic setting in the beautiful Eggental Valley of South Tyrol.

Look forward to nature, relaxation and authentic farm life in the heart of the Dolomites.
Families with children in particular can enjoy unforgettable holidays here, surrounded by animals, alpine farm life and breathtaking mountain scenery.

Dear Kohler Family, It has been almost a week since everyday life brought us back home, but all five of us are still thinking back with great pleasure to the fantastic week we spent with you. The location was perfect for us, especially with our three children aged 4, 8 and 10, and fortunately the snow was still fantastic as well! We particularly enjoyed the variety of activities on the farm – from reading a book and helping with little jobs in the barn to the fresh bread, yoghurt and milk delivery. Simply SUPER! Dear Kohler Family! We stayed with you at Heinzenhof during the Whitsun holidays, and even today everyone is still talking enthusiastically about this wonderful holiday. My husband still dreams of the magnificent view of the Rosengarten, which he admired constantly from the terrace. We spent our Whitsun holiday at Heinzenhof with our two children and were completely satisfied. The apartment was extremely clean and equipped with everything you need for a holiday. There is even a playroom for the children in the house. The Kohler family was very kind and welcoming.
